This policy covers this website and the quote chat. Records you later choose to sell are covered by your written agreement with us.

What we collect

• Your chat. The questions you answer and the messages you type, and the quote we show you.
• Contact details you give us. A work email and call preference, only if you lock a quote.
• Technical data. A random visitor ID in a cookie, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time).

How we use it

• To run the chat and calculate your estimate.
• To contact you about your quote, if you asked us to.
• To keep the service safe, for example by limiting abuse.

We do not sell what you share on this website, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI

The chat is answered by an AI model. Every dollar figure comes from a fixed calculation, not from the model. Do not share client names or other personal details in the chat; we do not need them for a quote.

Who processes it

Hosting and infrastructure providers, and an AI model provider that processes chat messages to produce replies. They act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Chats and quotes are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Ask us any time to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to au@aurumeo.com.
